Product Types

We offer a range of custom printed materials and products that include Digital Photocopies, Premium Giclée Prints, Framed Digital Photocopies, and Framed Premium Giclée Prints.

Digital Photocopy

For the value minded, we do offer digital photocopies that are created directly from a large format laser printer with integrated scanner. This form of digital technology utilizes an inexpensive process with numerous advantages. These reproductions use a heavy-weight cover stock with matte finish, and offer an affordable balance between high quality and affordability.

Premium Giclée Print

The French word "giclée," means "to spray," and is pronounced "zhee-CLAY." The term giclee describes a patented process that uses a large format digital printer with 6 or more giclee ink colors. Giclee printing produces the finest artwork and photo reproductions, and is used in Museums and galleries around the world.

All Giclee Prints are produced on 340gsm, textured, Epson Cotton Rag Cold Press Fine Art paper - 100% cotton fiber, Acid-Free, Lignin-Free, Chlorine-Free, and pH Buffered. The cold press manufacture of this media enables rich, deep blacks, incredibly wide color gamut, and elegantly textured finishes that are optimized for the Epson UltraChrome Ink family.

Framed Print

Framed Prints use a digital reproduction of your selected artwork, and are custom built by our skilled craftsmen. The artist has selected a stylish picture frame with satin black finish paired with a traditional matting.

Framed Prints are 100% MADE IN AMERICA and come with antique-white, custom cut, acid-free matting that is signed by the Artist. The matting has a single-ply beveled edge that is ¼” smaller than the Print in each direction, and prints are attached to the top of the matting using acid-free tape.

Framed Prints are pre-installed with eyelets and 6mm wire, and delivered fully finished and ready to hang.

Framed Giclée Print

Using only the finest materials, your Giclée Print, frame, and matting will be custom built by our skilled craftsmen. The artist has selected a stylish picture frame with satin black finish paired with a traditional matting to complement your Giclée Print selection.

Framed Giclée Prints are 100% MADE IN AMERICA and come with antique-white, custom cut, acid-free matting that is signed by the Artist. The matting has a single-ply beveled edge that is ¼” smaller than the Giclée Print in each direction, and prints are attached to the top of the matting using acid-free tape.

Framed Giclée Prints are pre-installed with eyelets and 6mm wire, and delivered fully finished and ready to hang.

Frames and Matting

A stylish State Room picture frame with satin black finish provides an impressive, high class profile perfect to adorn the noblest of offices, family rooms, and hallways. Frames are 100% MADE IN AMERICA, and made with eco-friendly Bonanza Wood.

Ordering
How to place an order

Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. Use the pull down menu and click desired selections to place items in your cart. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. You may also complete your order by calling us at 800-952-5592.

Payment options

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, checks and money orders, please contact us for checks and money orders.

Order cancellations & modifications

To cancel or modify an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped.

We pack your art with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the type of art you order and how quickly you'd like it to arrive. Choose your desired method of shipping during checkout.

Shipping prints

Unframed Art Prints are placed inside clear, archival, plastic sleeves with a foam core backing, placed between two layers of rigid board, wrapped in bubble wrap, and shipped flat in a sturdy corrugated box.

Shipping framed prints

Framed Art Prints are wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap, placed in an easy-fold mailer, and taped shut, then placed in a sturdy corrugated box filled with kraft paper to prevent breakage.

Who do you use for shipping?

All Art Prints and Framed Art Prints are shipped via FedEx.

How will I know when my order ships?

An email confirmation is sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. An email will also be sent to the same email address when your order ships. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

Can I track my order?

When your Art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can check the status of the order with your order number and email address.

What if my package doesn’t arrive, or gets lost in the mail?

Please check confirmation email for shipping times, and contact the shipping carrier using the confirmation number or the tracking info that was emailed to you. If the order does not arrived within 24 hours after the delivery date, please contact us by email with your name and order number. We will attempt to find the package and deliver promptly. If the package cannot be found, we will replace your order.

What if my package arrives damaged?

For damaged packages, please take a photo of the damaged package and product. Email the photos to mail@hangonart.com immediately so that we may assess the damage and determine a solution. We will replace orders that are damaged by shipping.

Is my package insured?

HangOnArt guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Image Accuracy

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.

Returns and Refunds
Returns

HangOnArt strives to provide quality products, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds

You may return your product for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping charges) as follows:

  1. Send an email to mail@hangonart.com and request a Customer Return form.
  2. Ship your item back to us in its original packaging at the address below. Be sure to enclose your completed Customer Return form.
  3. You may also contact our Customer Support Team by email or at 1-800-200-3590.

  4. Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not store your credit card number. We use your personal information strictly for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. Our employees do not have access to personal information, and we do not store PIN data or security codes.
Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for any purposes.. You may receive an occasional communication from us about new products, updated artwork postings, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
